Cyber QuickTip: Activities in Outlook Contacts

Have you ever struggled to find an email that you sent someone? There is a Quick way to do it so you don’t have to pull out your hair and wade through hundreds if not thousands of emails and multiple folders.

• Click on Contacts
• Locate the contact to whom you sent the email
• Double click on the contact to open their V Card
• Go to Activities (Show Tab)
• Click on Activities
• Voila – all of the emails sent to and from that contact will be listed

This can be very handy if you file your emails in multiple folders or if you inadvertently dropped and email to an incorrect folder.
